Hungry For Dinner Theatre?
Hungry for Entertainment?
If you're hungry for good food and also some laughs, please join Theatre On The Ridge for the sequel of TR Time Travel. This is a follow up on last year's sell-out dinner theatre, featuring the sketches and vocals of the Grizzly Valley Players as they perform popular music from many different eras.
Sing for your supper!!! OK, all you have to do is come and watch, enjoy a fabulous dinner by the Ladies Auxiliary and have a lovely adult evening out.
SHOW IS: Saturday, June 23rd. Cocktails 7:30 pm, Dinner at 8:30 pm and show to follow.
Advance tickets have been on sale for several weeks, but the $25 price is only until June 10th. June 11-22 will be $30 each. Please come! We need an accurate head count well ahead in order for us to pay for enough dinners, thus the push for advance ticket sales. Tickets are available at the Community Centre; Library; Visitor centre and from GVP actors. For further information contact Erin Hanna 242-3364 or grizzlyvalleyplayers@yahoo.com
This is a fundraising effort to allow Theatre On The Ridge the continuing opportunity to bring you future productions. Thanks everyone - see you at the show!

Welcome to Town Crier Online!
Hello TR
Town Crier, as seen in Tumbler Ridge News, was an initiative through Tumbler Ridge Community Arts Council to advertise local events. It has previously only been submitted to the local newspaper - but was (and is) created and maintained by Erin Hanna, who is in possession of the rights of this column and name.
We want to hear from EVERYONE!! What do you want to see in TR? Bull fighting? Opera? Rock bands? Ballet?
What kinds of programs would you like to see offered here? Keep in mind that in previous years some of the programs have been offered but due to low attendance, are subject to cancellation. The sponsors can't shell out thousands of dollars and then three people show up. That incurs great debt.
But we want feedback and ideas. Everyone is WELCOME o attend TRCAC Meetings. But since not everyone is able to, or wants to come to Arts Council, let your voice be heard here. We welcome everybody's suggestions. This will help us become a viable community with plenty of things to do that people actually want, because they've said so.
F.Y.I. - TRCAC meets every second Thursday of the month in Room 3 of the Community Centre.
Post away!
**N.B. Please do not post your events here, but email them to erinmike@pris.ca so that they can be added to Town Crier both online and in print.
